Infinity CRE, LP has been specializing in turning around underperforming apartment complexes and selling them for its clients since 2003.
Some of the multi-family projects undertaken by Infinity CRE, LP include:
Turtle Creek Apartments: An 88 unit property that was 80% full and in default of its loan. Infinity CRE assisted the property owner to lease up the property, cure the loan default, and sell the property (this property was 97% occupied at closing).
Wyndham Meadows Townhouses: 26 high end townhouses built for leasing. Infinity took over management of this property with 62% vacancy. This property was leased 100% and sold for $106,000 per unit. They continue to manage this asset for its owner today.
Summit Ridge Apartments: Infinity was retained to lease-up and sell this 208 unit property built in 2004. Occupancy has increased from 40% to 93% when Infinity was retained.
Metropolitan Apartments: Infinity was retained in May 2005 to sell this property, which at the time was 78% full. Infinity sold this property and oversaw the management of the property since the sale, significantly enhancing occupancy, increasing rental rates, eliminating concessions, and reducing expenses. This property was 100% full within a year when management was turned over to the owner.
Massey Place Town Homes: Infinity was retained in 2007 to identify potential development sites and consulted on floor plans and unit mixed. This project was built in multiple phases with a total of 3 units, leased, and managed by Infinity CRE.
Currently Infinity CRE, LP is managing 1,576,679 sf. which includes 250,000 sf. of single family rentals; 430,430 sf. of multi-family rentals; 677,038 sf. of retail; and 219,211 sf. of industrial properties.
